Teen Texts 14,528 in a Month

EEEk, this would be possibly a parents worst nightmare, at least when it came time to the first phone bill. Right? Imagine getting your teen a phone and a month later getting a 440 page phone bill and finding out your teen text messaged 14,528 times.The bill would be enormous right? Not if it was semi-planned.
